If your order exceeds 3kg or requires special handling, we will contact you regarding any additional shipping charges before dispatch.

Shipping rates may be updated periodically depending on courier costs and destination requirements.

Orders are usually dispatched to arrive within 5–10 working days, although delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

All items are carefully packaged using protective packaging materials to help ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to cancel eligible orders in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in resalable condition
• Include original packaging where possible
• Be returned using a Recorded or Tracked Delivery Service

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly.

• UK returns: product value and original shipping costs may be refunded where applicable.
• International returns: refunds are issued for product value only, excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges may also be arranged for items of equal value, although additional shipping charges may apply.
